Maurice Tulich
Managing
Director of Blue Hills Village
Maurice and the Tulich family name have been synonymous
with the city of Liverpool for over half a century. Raised
in the Prestons district, Maurice continued his grandfather’s
dream of providing affordable accommodation and a peaceful,
warm environment for the older residents of the community.
In 1995 Maurice spearheaded Whitehall Group of Companies vision
of establishing a retirement community in Prestons and the
Blue Hills Village was created. With total commitment
and a hands-on approach Maurice has gained an in-depth knowledge
of the management and skills required to successfully develop
a retirement community. He is married and has four children.

Curtis
Mann
Director of Blue Hills Village
Curtis commenced
his career in the property industry in 1984 with the Greenfield
Group of Companies in South Africa, where he was responsible
for several developments in suburban Johannesburg. In 1986,
he emigrated to Australia and joined a leading construction
and development company. Curtis was involved in the development
and management of a number of major commercial and residential
developments in Sydney’s CBD. He is a founding partner
of Whitehall Group of Companies, a qualified solicitor and
is married with two sons.

Yvette Renouf
Finance
and Administration Manager
Yvette is a qualified
Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience. She joined
our business in September 2005 after leaving Horwath (NSW)
Pty Ltd as an Associate Director. Whilst she was at Horwath
(NSW) Pty Ltd she was responsible for a number of the company’s
larger clients as well as the taxation and accounting needs
of Tulich Family Communities Limited.

Andrea Riviere
Village
Operations Manager
Andrea commenced at Blue Hills Village
in 2000. Her duties have encompassed all facets of Village
operations. She prides herself on her ability to communicate
with the residents and has developed a strong connection with
all residents. She strives to deliver a high standard of service
and maintenance to the residents of Blue Hills Village
and the Blue Hills Manor.
