Blue Hills have recently been approved to provide Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) in Liverpool and the South West area.

For a minimal cost we can help people safely remain in  their homes for as long as possible.

A Department of Health and Ageing initiative, those requesting a (CACP) package will need to be assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT).

We can also cater for persons who do not qualify for Government Assistance.

Once you are approved the programme can offer:

	Personal care/hygiene
	House keeping
	Laundry assistance
	Meal preparation
	Transport
	Emotional and social support
